2 weeks have passed

Where does the time go?  It has been 2 weeks since my last post which was not entirely intentional.  I have been over-one stitching on Baroque - so nothing grows very fast despite the time spent stitching.

I did finish my secret stitching (an exchange piece for the Chatelaine smalls exchange).  This is the first time I have done something like this and I am happy with it.  I will post photos later once it has been sent and received.  I have to admit that the finishing instructions I used did not quite achieve the really nice and tidy finish I would have liked, but it is fine.

So here are my progress shots

Firstly Baroque Garden - I think they are tomatoes

Then there is 5 Golden Rings (was hoping to finish this one this weekend, but not quite there)

I did do part 13 of Tree of Stitches (Abi Gurden).  Only 2 more parts and my tree will be finished.  I love the variety of trees that are growing with this SAL

Part 13 - Tied Windmill Stitch

This stitch required lots of attention to counting to get each stitch in the correct place, but it is a nice stitch.

Another week awaits!

Happy stitching

Your tree is growing beautifully! I like the progress you are making on your rings and I think those are strawberries and tomatoes in Baroque garden! Great start!!

Your tree is fantastic - it makes me want to do this SAL too.

I love the 12 days of Christmas too, I have a slight obsession with the poem and related stitching!

Everything is looking good. Love your ToS. It's gorgeous. And the colors, OMG, wonderful!!! Keep up the good work on Baroque. I think they're tomatoes too. Over one can be a pain, but it's so worth it with the amount of detail you get!

Your tomatoes look great. Stitching over one can be so tedious, but once it's finished it looks gorgeous.
Looking forward to see your exchange piece.
The Golden Rings are coming along nicely too. Another beautiful project. And your tree is of course gorgeous as well.

All your WIPs are beautiful, but I am so excited to see your Baroque. Glad to know those are tomatoes, I thought they were peaches when I opened the PDF, lol. I haven't ever started on it, but one day I will.

Wendy, I always enjoy a visit to your blog! You stitch so fast, you always have a lot to see.

Your TOS is gorgeous, and the tomatoes in Baroque Garden look so real, they look like you could pick them. Very nice stitching over one!
